Outstanding customer service and excellent creativity. They truly managed to put a big smile on my mom’s face on her birthday. That too, in LESS THAN 24 hours of notice, meeting all of my very specific requirements, putting their best efforts into making my vision come live. It was extremely important for me to be able to make my ammu feel the most special this birthday of hers and I honestly had no idea who i could rely on to help me make it happen all the way from Canada, in less than 24 hours. And I’m so so glad to have come across Sugary. They put together the perfect gift box for ammu just as i had imagined, while catering to all my needs from the other side of the world. Their service, procedures and creative talent are brilliant. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to make a loved one feel special.

I remember ordering a gift hamper for a friend during pandemic though Sugary. I do not know how many times I woke up my contact person with my changes and new requests and I do not remember he was ever bothered with my early morning or late night calls.
