UPDATED: I had a bad experience but luckily they were willing to honor it in the end. I am weary of this app due to this but I will say for the most part I’ve had no issues aside this one time. I would definitely be extremely careful with time rewards and cutting it close. As it seems it has the potential to be a bit off which can cause losses. If you’re finishing tasks on time, preferably over 48 before it ends I think you should be good. I have earned over $200 with the app which is great. I will say for the most part the app has come through. It can earn you money, just be mindful. I would have recommended this app 100% a few days ago. I was so close to a timed reward so I ended up spending money to help me reach out so I didn’t miss the deadline. My reward would have $20. I already rearmed several rewards for this specific game for leveling app so I know everything I was doing was tracking. I never received my money. Annoyed naturally as I spent money to earn that I reached out to customer service. Initially I didn’t get a response for two days then they said to keep our app fair we cannot award you your earnings. Even though I have literal proof I did. I sent numerous screenshots AS ASKED!! They literally closed my inquiry as resolved. I am LIVID. So I replied stating they did nothing and I have proof. They literally cheated me out of it. They replied by copy and pasting the original email. This app cannot be trusted and as a user for over a year and a half I am disgusted by their customer service.

I came across an advertisement for this app on a mobile game that I play, when I first saw the ad my initial thoughts were, “this sounds too good to be true.” I can give my personal testimony that this app delivers everything it says it does. The goals that are needed to reach to earn cash rewards are easily attainable, you don’t need to spend 6 hours a day playing games just to get a couple bucks. I played for 2 weeks every day for 1 hour and was able to reach the minimum cash out amount of $25 easily, and found some new mobile games I actually enjoy in the mean time. There are several options for you that are available to cash out your rewards. You can instantly cash out into your bank account if you are able to verify your identity, or you can cash out your rewards via gift card. The only complaint or critique I have is the issue with the identity verification. I was not able to verify my identity and I’m pretty sure it’s because my hair color is different now that it is in my photo I.D. I can’t verify that but I have a feeling it has something to do with that and then I was not able to retry to verify my identity so my only options was to cash out my rewards via gift card which I had no issues with. If you’re playing mobile games and not being paid for them, do yourself a favor and download Benjamin. The customer service is top notch, they are so helpful and kind!

Update on contacting Support: I did finally get a response to my most recent message! Took a little while, but they did respond. I will say, they have been very, very nice and patient, and are doing their best. I imagine the amount of angry messages they’ve been getting is overwhelming for them. I’ve been using the app for a while, and when I cashed out in the past, it used to transfer to my PayPal account incredibly fast! There have been changes to the app that cause your earnings to go into a “Cash Queue” for up to 2 months (you can earn “boosts” that make it a little faster, but I’ve experienced bugs there with some of my queued earnings disappearing when I got a boost). I can understand the app being overwhelmed with people cashing out and there needing to be a system where payments pend for a little while, it just rolled out so quickly and with no explanation (and a LOT of issues…) that’s made it frustrating. I’ve been waiting since February 2nd for my recent cash-out (it’s supposed to be 2-3 days). Others have been waiting since December. It looks as though people are finally receiving their money after a couple months of waiting. The most frustrating part was zero response from Support - not even an automated message saying they received my message - but they seemto have been working hard to address all of the issues with the new features and cash-out process. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt… It’s just been a pretty buggy, very clunky roll out of a new system.

UPDATE: I have had this app for about a year and a half. I made a few hundred dollars. However, they recently had an update where I couldn’t make a withdrawal until December 3rd. I went to make a withdrawal and it said that I have to withdraw using PayPal or Venmo. Both of these options cost $.99. I don’t want to pay to cash out and get money. That is why I liked this app-no money to sign up, play games, cash out. Also, they have it so that you can’t get rewards until a certain date. I.e. I made $4 on a game and I can’t claim it until January 29th. Unfortunately, I’m done with this app. I used to love it but it is just going the way of all of the other money earning apps. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom so I often feel like I’m not helping out at all with finances. I have made $150+ since June and that is with 2 week long family vacations(I didn’t use my phone much on those vacations) and having 3 kids. I know that isn’t much but it is the most that I have made in years. I love phone games and so if I am going to play them, I might as well get paid! I didn’t get paid for a level that I finished so after 48 hours, I messaged them and told them. The next morning, I had that amount in my account! Amazing! I HIGHLY recommend using this app!
