Ativa-te offers personalized training sessions led by competent and dedicated professionals.
Personalized training stands out through a prior assessment of each client's needs and goals, followed by a carefully planned exercise program.
This way, it becomes easier to achieve pre-established goals, training is safer, and any technical execution errors are corrected.
Workouts are diverse - there is no routine or monotony, and each session is scheduled according to your availability.

In the client app you have access to your personal data, your personalized workout plans and body measurements, all payments made and outstanding, your current membership and its expiration date, you can check group class schedules, sign up for and cancel group class bookings, and much more!
