We missed our flight because they never displayed the correct gate They gave us wrong one at the endWe were 5 persons missed it because of non showing the correct gate. The app never updated or told us what gate.. and we were trying to check the screen for what gate we were at and it never appeared on the screen, and the staff told us the wrong gate!! The only thing the app stated was what time we were boarding at, which was at 9:20am for our zone and we got to the gate at 9:17, so we were like we still have time, and the rude staff said nope the pane already left! The plane already left? So the plane left early without even telling us.. it’s like they did it on purpose (illegal btw) We have to Buy again an expensive ticket !!!! Never take this company The staff were so rude and had 0 human decency!

Last update does not update - it gives me a blank page with nothing on it included my saved data on the mobile app. Also when changing the tickets at the payments options I tried 3 different payments method and keep not accepting the payment either card or PayPal or debit card - please fix - also I would suggest a space for communicating with customer service from the app - right now you can’t and need to go on line to search for a link etc - not very user friendly when I’m trying to get assistance and change my ticket from my mobile app
Application, website, and customer support are useless

I tried to check in for my flight 9 hours before it departed and the app said check in was not available yet. I went online to the website and it didn’t work at all. Once I got to the airport the customer service said that the only way to check in was to pay a fee of 25€ per ticket. All because the app doesn’t work
Nice app!, bad design

Check in works now on the app. Easy to use! Only worry is the luggage piece. We were traveling with 15lb bags that were not considered a small cabin bag so it cost an extra €60/person even though the app showed €27/person but it wouldn’t let us add it through there..
