Pixator is built for fast visual experiments: import an image, shape the processing stack, refine the palette, and export a crisp PNG for social posts, game mockups, stickers, references, or further work in your favorite art tools.
What you can do:
- Pixelate photos with precise pixel scale, smoothing, and detail controls
- Use Auto Enhance before pixelation for stronger tones and clearer color separation
- Try built-in looks such as Clean Pixel, Soft Pixel, Sharp Sprite, Retro Dither, and Pico-8
- Extract colors from any picture and keep tuning the palette by hand
- Import and export palettes in ASE, TXT, GPL, and PAL formats
- Apply palettes with lightness or chroma priority
- Add ordered dithering for richer retro color
- Crop the source and preview the original with a long press
- Export upscaled PNGs that stay sharp when shared
