Mit der App der Städtischen Musikschule Rastatt erhalten registrierte Nutzer*innen zahlreiche Informationen rund um die Musikschule, z.B. über aktuelle Veranstaltungen.
Neben dem Informationstool bietet die App eine DSGVO-konforme Kommunikationsplattform zwischen Schüler*innen, Eltern, Lehrkräften und Musikschule. Des Weiteren ermöglicht die Videochat-Funktion im Bedarfsfall Online-Unterricht in besonders guter Qualität.
Alle Daten werden DSGVO-konform und verschlüsselt in einem zertifizierten Rechenzentrum in Deutschland gespeichert.
Die Übermittlung von Nachrichten zwischen Lehrkräften, Eltern, Schüler*innen und Musikschule erfolgt über eine App-interne ID und setzt keinerlei Kontaktinformationen voraus. Zum Chat und Nachrichtenaustausch sind somit keine E-Mail-Adressen oder Handynummern erforderlich.
