As someone who dreads having to call around and hope groomers will have time when I need, or opening 30 different tabs to check individual sites, being able to pick and choose a groomer on my time instead of having to hunt for one has been great! Anything that can make my life easier to make Charlie’s (my cat) better is a win in my book.

So helpful and centralized. Didn’t have to call 10 providers and ask who had what availability. Was able to find a groomer near me and book a time right on the platform. Life saver!

A woman named Ella from this app called my grooming business and scheduled 6 different dogs on different days that never showed up. They tried to get me to partner with their app and continued to schedule more appointments that never showed up. Upon review of the app myself I see that my businesses service and scheduling details are incorrect. In talking to other grooming business owners I know, I find the same is true for their business service and scheduling details as well. Please use google or another reputable search engine or service to find care for your pets. Do not trust any details this app provides and beware of them soliciting your business.

We have received multiple calls to my grooming facility out of India that have made numerous grooming appointments that never show up. Each time, they try to get us to join their network. Upon searching my business name on the app it shows that we have available appointments so much sooner than we actually do. All of the prices are also incorrect. We have never given permission to anyone affiliated with this app to provide services in our name. It is also very clear that the 5 star reviews are manufactured by fake accounts. PLEASE CALL THE BUSINESSES DIRECTLY IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF PET CARE! DO NOT PATRONIZE ANY OF THESE MIDDLE- MAN APPS. THEY ARE SCAMS THAT DO NOT BENEFIT THE BUSINESSES EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST.
