The app worked very well. I couldn’t get a response when I called by phone numerous time. I downloaded the app and got a taxi within 5 minutes. It is as if the taxi companies are forcing the use of the app to schedule a taxi so they don’t have to manage a dispatcher. Do not include spaces in the phone number when setting up the app. Otherwise, it will not give you access. What’s App is the best method for communicating during the set up process.

I needed a ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning and were able to get it quickly. The app allowed us to enter four passengers with five bags so we guaranteed that a van would come versus a small car. The other taxi app did not allow functionality. We had a wonderful driver and will definitely use this app again.

This app is the easiest way to get a taxi anywhere in Florence. You can book several hours ahead if you have a reservation to get to. Or call one when needed and they usually come within 5 minutes. This was a lifesaver for my elderly parents for whom walking the uneven streets of Florence was very difficult.

Used in multiple cities. Sometimes the locator is not great. Make sure to verify the address. The text based request does not always work but you can call and they speak English. Always able to get a cab for 6. ( they bailed me out of the wrong bus and I am grateful)
