Hacettepe Üniversitesi Biyoçeşitlilik Müzesi, hayvanları ve çevrelerini daha iyi tanımak için artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisini kullanan bir uygulama olan “Biyosfer AR”adlı uygulamayı geliştirdi. Bu uygulama, kullanıcılara hayvanların yüzeyinde bulunan düzinelerce özelliğin 3D olarak gösterilmesini sağlıyor. Aynı zamanda, bazı hayvanların hareketlerini ve davranışlarını izlemek için kullanıcıların gözlem yapma olanağı da sunuyor.
