Well, that might seem odd, but I decided to leave them a review because they had a glitch in their platform that caused me to incur a loss. I was ready for excuses when I chatted with the customer service. Upon contacting them, they promptly acknowledged the issue and assured me that they would rectify the lost funds. True to their word, they not only addressed the issue but also provided me with a bonus for trading. I consider this to be professional behavior. Everyone makes mistakes, especially companies that shoulder such significant responsibilities.
Chart Delay. + Exchange Manipulation

There is a constant chart delay that seems to be controlled by the team. Falsely putting candles on charts that aren’t there, then having an excuse of delayed chart issue. I’ve lost over 50% of my capital due to the charts not being updated to the second. On the other hand, transactions and orders are filled in time, the amount of coins they offer you is good, and the withdraw and deposit work good. They need to fix the charts being delayed causing people to read inaccurate data of each coin they put their money in. Fix the charts, then it will be a better platform on mobile and desktop. I hope you see this and work on that immediately. The exchange will sell their coins to reach your stop loss on future contracts and buy right back to paint the chart. One of the worst exchanges and the scummiest manipulation by far.
