With the new Help Desk Chat button, you can connect directly with Glidewell Support from within the GCP MA app—no phone call required. Resolved an issue where dashboard milling reports could display incorrect information. Reports are now accurate and reliable. The back button is easier to tap for quick navigation. Scroll bars and headers now display correctly for a cleaner look. Settings screens now have improved color contrast for better readability. Jobs in progress cannot be accidentally reset or deleted, reducing interruptions during milling.

This update introduces powerful reporting tools, expanded issue reporting capabilities, Dark Mode support, and access to helpful training tutorials—all aimed at making your day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient. New Features & Enhancements 1. Dashboard “Reporting Tool” Gain deeper insights into mill usage with a comprehensive report that includes: Overview – Summary of milling activity. Material Used – Breakdown of materials consumed. Restorations Milled – Details of completed restorations. All sections can be filtered by custom date ranges. 2. Report an Issue – Enhancements Improved issue reporting with: Video Upload Support – Attach videos to better illustrate issues. Device/Job Selection – Specify the affected device or job when reporting. 3. Dark Mode Customize your viewing experience: Enable or disable Dark Mode under Settings > Preferences.
