I’ve enjoyed taking classes and integrating Jeff’s information into my life since 2016. I enjoyed the LightBody activation full 12 wk program and the way it built upon itself as far as the meditations, the chakras and consciousness informational aspects. However, my favorite part was and still is the breathing, prayers and meditations. The one most valuable take away for me, that I will do for the rest of my life from the LightBody activation app & program …is… the breathing 9,18 and 36 breaths per day -to stay in that amazing oxygenated full body -to the tippy toes vibrational state that opens everything up as well as the brain and facilitates life at a natural high physical level that lasts all day! Well, Jeff Primack has done it again. Teaching his content in a very easy to understand and follow manner, he has put his teachings into an awesome app. I have been learning for a very long time from Jeff, and it has benefited me physically, mentally and emotionally. I was a student through zoom for the 3 levels of Lightbody Activation. This app puts those teachings together in one place.
