For months now the promotional bonus cash links I get for various things like July 4th or Labor Day for $5 here, $3 there, have not been working. They open to the App Store or to a blank black page. I have updated everything I know how, to no avail. The issue hasn’t been fixed, BUT I’m writing this review to praise their customer service team, specifically “Leo”, who usually winds up helping me. Every time he adds the bonus cash manually, and he actually talks to me, you can tell it’s not a bot. He has been attentive, kind, and helpful. People posting here that they haven’t been helped, I don’t believe it. Maybe they don’t go much past the automated links & don’t bother to select the option to talk to a real person. If you follow through to get that link, they are really helpful. I’ve been playing this game and Bingo Stars for years. Their ads, I agree, are deceptive in that you are not gonna make tons of money, but I win on average once a week or so, maybe once every other week, and they pay out quickly. I’ve been playing for over 2 years. I think they are pretty darned good people.

Don’t get me wrong I love the game and play for fun. The frustration comes when I see winner scoring literally impossible numbers. I also play a different (non-cash) Solitaire game that provides a a solution view of games that I couldn’t win. That game gives you a birds-eye view into how quickly a software program can complete the game. I think this is how those winners get such high numbers. That said, how would a regular person program the game? The answer is, they’d need to have some sort of developer access to edit the game which sadly indicates the game isn’t legit. I’d play it anyway because it’s fun but if there are folks out there that have founded a legit way to cheat at the game at the very least the moderators are clearly not mitigating those accounts. For this reason I choose not to submit cash to play.

I’ve had your Solitaire Royale for awhile now. I just put $10 in literally this morning. Since 9am the app goes through loading, two other quick screens and immediately crashes. I’ve restarted my i-phone, cleared all cache/cookies/app data, verified iOS is on latest version, made sure no new updates to APP itself are available, restarted phone several more times, and it’s still doing the exact same thing. Everything I’ve read now says I need to uninstall then reinstall app, however nothing gives me confidence my money will be there once reinstalled since there’s no offline account and everything is said to be stored within the app itself. To me, this means if I completely uninstall it, it cannot know I’m the same person with money and a lot of points on my account (or does it)? There’s no way to reinstall it without uninstalling it, therefore I have no options. I can screen record it crashing but how’s that going to prove the money and points accumulated (REAL money added this morning also)..? What am I supposed to do? Assume you’ll do the right thing after the fact or wait to see if you even reply at some point? You got me addicted to the game (not implying fault, haha), so you can’t expect I’m just going to sit and wait for you to reply back some day, let alone do anything about it. My husband is a developer, he’s who went through and did every possible thing to try to get it working (updates, cookies/caches/app data, etc.) as well as several before and after restarts, airplane mode, cellular on and off, restarted our wifi network clearing cache/cookies etc from servers/network/routers… Literally 2.25-hours spent trying to get me back online without uninstalling app, but STILL my only remaining option. Please help!!!

The game doesn’t directly tell you the difference between “bonus cash” and real money. You can play and win tokens and eventually you will see cash at the top of your screen. But unless you have actually paid the game cash out of your pocket most of it (if not all) will be “bonus cash”.You can play with this and eventually after a long time you will be able to play cash games. To find out how muchMoney you can withdraw you will have to sign up and go to your account. It will show you your withdrawal amount. The catch is if you are only using the free stuff you can win real cash to withdraw. But once you withdraw you lose any bonus cash and they charge you for the withdrawal. The worst part is if you have finally won money and see it in the withdrawal amount… if you play another game and lose real money they deduct it from your withdrawal amount. So if you win all the time you can actually win money without putting anything in yourself. But I wouldn’t hold my breath. You have to play a lot and be very good at the game. But it can be fun just for fun.. and you won’t get rich here.
