CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)
Navix Hub™ CRM features are designed to help users drive referrals, manage client relationships, and track business development leads. The platform includes an email suite, admissions client database, alumni tracking, professional and referral relationships, and the ability to send documents for electronic signatures.
The platform's email suite allows practitioners to easily communicate with clients, customers, and other stakeholders. Users can create visually appealing campaigns and track real-time insights into follow-ups and conversion rates. Navix Hub™ also features a customizable dashboard view, providing an overall insight into client leads, pending assessments, alumni tracking, referrals out, tasks to be completed, and more.
The HUB client leads feature allows users to gather demographics, assessments, and notes regarding the individual, while also including a task manager and onboarding feature that seamlessly transfers the information to the EMR upon admission, reducing redundant data entry and costly mistakes.
One exciting feature of Navix Hub™ CRM software allows users to track professionals AND organizations associated with potential clients, current clients, and those referred out. Under the individual professional or organization in the CRM, users can see how many times they have referred and how often they have referred to them.
EMR
Navix Hub™ EMR features improve workflow by eliminating duplicate data entry. Redundant data fields automatically auto-populate throughout the system, and the software is designed to be intuitively navigable for all levels of software competency.
Users can fully customize their view within the platform, showing the information they want to see and hiding what they don't. The platform's demographics page features all pertinent information related to the clients' care, including a Quick View section that reveals a list of primary stakeholders, including families, colleagues, and outside care teams.
Admission data effortlessly flows from the CRM to the EMR during the admission process. Features include consent, demographics, financial information, insurance VOBs, and assessments. Verification of benefits is integrated with Change Healthcare, allowing for accurate, real-time benefit verification without the need for long hold times with payors.
Navix Hub™ also features a visual form builder that allows staff to easily build templates that meet their needs, as well as the requirements for state licensure and accrediting bodies, ensuring compliance across all departments. The Client/Patient Portal allows for the easy transfer of sensitive documents and information between the facility, the family, and the potential client.
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Beginning in Q41of 2024, Navix Hub™ will offer Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) features to help users manage their billing and payments processes. These features include eligibility verification, integrated charge capture, utilization reviews, claims management, and payments management.
