Your service is great only that you need include specific city locations for United States like Dallas, Los Angeles, Atlanta, etc so that customers can easily connect to the specific city they desire. I hope you work on that and include those changes in your next update. Thanks.

They will terminate your service without providing a reason. You just get an error. Then they ask you what you were using the service for. Surely they can see it and you can explain you did nothing wrong or illegal with the service and they still keep you blocked from using it. Customer support doesn't speak english properly or are told to keep asking you the same question over and over again, you're incapable of having a conversation because they either don't understand or act like they don't. I requested a refund and my bank granted it, this is a sketchy business with horrible reviews online so the fact they have good ones here tells me the people on trustpilot were right and they're getting fake reviews. Their reputation is horrible, so this has to be fake

This service is built around a very mediocre VPN. That isn’t the core issue I have. My real problem is the billing. Do NOT purchase this or you will be paying well beyond what you planned to. The only way to suspend a plan is to engage their customer service directly which I did. Then I still received a bill for services I’d already paid for and of course they had my card information on file because they don’t tell you what they have on file nor can you delete anything yourself. So here I sit, billed for a service I did everything I could to cancel and now I’ll have to report this as a fraudulent charge to my bank. Stick to Nord or X-VPN because this isn’t the one for you.

I don’t recommend using this without HTTPS-only mode on any browsing. There are Ukrainian datacenters posing as American residential IPs. Always check ipdata or similar service to determine the safety of an IP. I would not suggest prolonged use. There is significant man-in-the-middle vulnerability if not used with caution. Last I checked, there was not any effective killswitch, meaning if you disconnect briefly or switch servers, your IP is exposed and your network connections will go through to your ISP.
