While playing this game, I truly accidentally bought an in app purchase worth $100 and literally two seconds after I realize that happened I contacted Support I didn’t touch any of the currency that I’ve accident I accidentally purchased and I contacted them and let them know what had happened. I told them explain to them as an accident. They told me that they don’t have a refund policy and that sorry I’ll be out of money even though I didn’t touch it. I was just wanting to give it back to them because it was an accident and yeah, they just decided to say no then I can pay you back. I went to google store they wouldn’t let me get a refund developer and I told him I didn’t they didn’t is your refund and now I’m out $100 for some stupid Ace game I could care two shats about. So by everywhere or play everywhere if you actually buy some thing you’re never gonna see your money back so just be really cautious about how you spend if you spend money and I don’t even spend money and actually click the button and my two factor authorization of the rotation was somehow logged out and so it was a one touch pay and I just accidentally exit out of the payment plan but I actually hit OK. I was just a big mistake so don’t let this happen to you if you continue plays game, just be aware that you’re not gonna see any of your money back, I would place in anyway it’s kind of boring and it’s the same as most other games that are similar to this

I’ve been searching for months for a new game. I used to play clash of clans but left the game when they added the 2nd base. (it was hard enough to upgrade one but now two????) Then I picked up Clash Royal and it was fun for while. However, there was a point in the PVP ladder where you would play for 2 hours straight and not gain any trophies. So, I was looking for a game with great graphics, simple yet competitive gameplay, and the ability to overcome you enemy with strategy alone. This is that game. The look of the game is top tier. One of the best games I’ve seen in awhile. The game is easy to pick up and play and has SO MANY tutorials. They really brought me up to speed really quickly. There are so many ways and events to gain cards, gems, and gold. They even rotate the element cards each week by giving them a buff for that week. This really mixes up gameplay and strategy and helps prevent the game from turning stale. I’ve found my new game that I will be playing daily. Thanks developers! Keep up the great work!

I have been playing this game for almost 2 years and the last few months they have changed the season to a biweekly season for everything and there are three or four different games within the game and each one of them has an option to pay for a pass, which is anywhere from $15-30. If you want to get the powerful characters, you have to do that and you have to spend money. I have been playing the game since they’ve done this. My winner ratio went from like 68% to 48% as I’m getting beat by much much lower players for example I am a 1200 trophy rating and I’m getting beat by four and 500 trophy people because they spend hundred dollars on this game. The more trophies you have more powerful your deck is because it applies a power bonus to your rating for every time you upgrade your deck. With that said, no one four or 500 trophy rating below you should ever be beating you but that’s the way this game goes. They don’t really care about the common person. They just want the people spending of cash. They are clearly targeting the Middle East and other wealthy regions of the world where people get free money and sit at home and play games all day while those who try to play the game for fun and can’t afford to spend a fortune on this game are getting wiped left and right. I will also have level nine and level 10 characters across-the-board and then some guy comes up with level eight of these super powerful characters and still beat me despite being a 500 trophy and players on their deck.

I've been playing this game for a little over 1-2 months I really got sunk into the game because it has you needing to actually use critical thinking to win, BUT on the other hand no amount of thinking, no amount of luck (which is also a big part of this game) will ever have me better than someone who has a full legendary team. The game is wanting me to use different faction characters to increase those characters value, but if those characters are not legendary, then once again no matter how good you are at this game, you will not win because yall have not found out how to balance your cards power and that counts to common, rare, epic, and legendary cards. Yall need to learn how to properly balance your rarities of cards, just because a card is common, rare, or epic, it should not be completely getting destroyed by legendary cards. Because I'm watching my opponents play the game while not thinking of their placement, they've got low level heroes and mine are almost super merged with a 50 star rating, and just because they are common, rare, and epic, my whole game is basically thrown in the trash. Please fix the actual balancing of cards to where "free play" players have a chance. I get it yall keep flaunting these legendary cards to me all day, so that's all yall want me and everyone else to do, all yall want is money, I get it, but the more fun you make the game, the more people play, the more people spend. Truly easy to understand.
