Not worth it!

3Commas worked well during the free 2-week trial. They automatically charge your card for the full year ($455+) after the 14th day, which would have been fine if their website worked. The bots I had set up could no longer be edited and I was unable to create new bots because of an internal site error that said “Something went wrong. We haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause of this error.” I reached out to customer service, they made me record videos of the error, open up coding on my screen and eventually (after 5 days of asking them to help) said “there is no issue on our end.” I removed my wallets and cancelled my services with them. Use any other app to avoid this headache. They clearly do not have proper tech support on the backend and def not worth the cost.

Terrible Support/Wealthy Leads

I purchased a bot and it was trading for 1 to 2 cents a day with $210 dollars in the account and made little to no profit. In 3 days the total profit was +0.06 cents. After paying $497 and investing another $210 into the account i would expect better especially from what was advertised. Long story short i contacted the support team they ANSWERED but did not resolve any problems whatsoever they just told me to put in more funds to compensate for the bot. Im calling scam! Unless you have an absolute boat load of cash to invest into this i dont see how it could be beneficial to anyone trying to pay bills. Waste of time and money and that guaranteed money back is a lie i got ghosted when requsting a refund.

Missing and delayed functionality

First off I love 3 commas and a huge fan! But the new app has some bugs that I am hoping can be fixed. The notifications at times are delayed by hours verses real time. If you in the app watching a bot, you can’t see the orders being completed you have to leave and manually refresh sometimes it’s taking up to 10-15 min to refresh. Also I miss the news articles from the old app. Excited to see these improvements in future updates.
