Sleevi turns the signals your Apple Watch already records overnight into three plain answers every morning: how well you recovered, how you slept, and what you can ask of the day ahead.
THREE RINGS, ONE GLANCE
Recovery (0–100), Sleep (0–100) and Readiness (0–10) sit side by side at the top of Today. Each is one tap away from its full breakdown.
BUILT ON THE NEWEST SIGNALS
HRV (RMSSD on watchOS 27, SDNN before), resting and overnight heart rate, respiratory rate, sleeping wrist temperature, blood oxygen, breathing disturbances and Apple's sleep apnea notifications, sleep stages, workouts and VO₂ max — read straight from Apple Health.
SIGNAL, NOT NOISE
Every score is measured against your own baseline, never against population averages. And the score only moves for deviations that matter — beyond your personal noise band and a physiological minimum. A cooler wrist never counts against you.
APPLE INTELLIGENCE, ON DEVICE
Your morning insight is written by Apple's on-device Foundation Model from last night's facts: two or three calm sentences and one concrete suggestion for the day. Nothing leaves your iPhone. Without the model, a rule-based insight steps in — and says so.
GOOD MORNING
The morning summary waits until your Watch has synced every signal, so the number you see at 7:03 is the number that stays. Illness early warning, low-recovery and short-sleep alerts, and a Sunday report follow the same rule: one per night, never nagging.
BEDTIME, PLANNED
Sleevi works out tonight's bedtime from how much sleep you need and when you have to be up — your usual wake time or, if you like, tomorrow's first calendar event. Three gentle steps: wind down, one more step, bed. And in the evening it listens to your heart rate and HRV; once they settle near your night levels, it tells you your body is ready.
ILLNESS, A DAY EARLY
When several overnight signals drift the wrong way at once — a warmer wrist, a higher resting pulse, faster breathing, suppressed HRV — Sleevi tells you before you feel it. A pattern, not a diagnosis: it never names a condition and always points you to a clinician if you feel unwell.
SLEEP, TRENDS, HABITS
Stages, quality breakdown, sleep debt and naps. Every metric over 30 days to a year against your personal range. Tag last night — alcohol, late meal, sick — and run experiments with real before/after statistics.
A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR
One tap creates a printable PDF of the last 30 days: averages against your personal range, trend charts, and a night-by-night table with every flag.
EVERYWHERE
Home and Lock Screen widgets, a native Apple Watch app with complications and Smart Stack relevance, and an iPad layout built as a dashboard. Six languages.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no server, no analytics. Health and Calendar data stay on your device.
Sleevi is for information only and not a medical device. It cannot diagnose illness, sleep apnea or any condition. If you feel unwell, talk to a doctor.
Requires an Apple Watch with sleep tracking. Apple Intelligence features require a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled.

I just paid for this app, which is pretty rare based on a review that I saw, rarely a good idea. While I like the concept, the data presented is impossible to evaluate. The key metric, body recovery, is only a line graph with no numbers, and no way to evaluate what it means. Worse, there is no history, only seven data points which I infer to mean seven days. So what am I supposed to do with this? Also, the App Store description says the app provides recommendations based on your recovery score. If so, I surely can't find them. This app requires much more development before it's useful.

Doesn’t access data it needs to work properly. Going to abandon this. Not that useful.
