La storia del nostro pastificio porta con sé una splendida storia di famiglia che ogni giorno con il proprio banco del mercato ha iniziato a trasmettere sapori e gusti genuini attraverso la vendita di pasta fresca. In famiglia abbiamo da sempre avuto la consapevolezza che creare soluzioni e soddisfazioni gustative alle persone, tramandando una tradizione in un luogo ancora più tradizionale come il mercato, avrebbe dato soddisfazione anche a noi.
La scelta di vendere la pasta fresca al mercato e la sua crescente richiesta nel 1997 ci spinse a passare dal laboratorio di un retrobottega ad un primo stabilimento per poi, nel 2022, ad uno ancora più nuovo, grande e a basso impatto ambientale. Abbiamo messo insieme eredità operative, conoscenza, capacità e passione che in questi anni ci hanno guidato in una continua evoluzione, fino alla nascita del nostro negozio online.
