The free connexU Events app (also available in a web version) is the perfect event companion and the essential tool to maximise outcomes from our event for all exhibitors, sponsors and attendees.
Whatever your event objectives may be, the app AI Recommendations are the quickest and most efficient way for attendees to network, connect with the right exhibitors/attendees, set up meetings and expand their network at each event.
Here’s a breakdown of some of the app features:
- **Connections:** view profiles & connect with exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. Share your contact details with the people you want to meet and do business with.
- **1-to-1 Meetings:** this is the most important and valuable feature – once you’ve connected with fellow exhibitor or attendees you can set up meetings prior to the event to ensure you maximise your time and the opportunities at the event.
- **Lead Scanning:** save time at the event by scanning exhibitor or attendee badges so you have all the contacts you met saved in the App to download after the event finishes.
- **Personal Agenda:** build your own event agenda of the sessions you want to watch and the meetings you want to have.
