I wrote an old review which i currently cannot find and rated it 2 stars because an issue of the game not loading anymore after reaching level 27. I’m just coming back to fix my rating back to Five Stars. It is fun and quite addicting. If you try to figure out all the little tricks to maximizing profits on your mines it’s actually not that bad as people are claiming it to be having to spend to much time to get through levels. Anyways I finished playing and just thought i would come back and fix my old bad review and change the star rating. Thanks for the fun and help devs.

I’m gonna start this off with I’m a content creator and I have a pretty big following on multiple platforms and this will be put out there for everyone to see because I’ve never been treated so horribly As soon as I contacted customer support, about a day later I was put in touch with Alexandria. Right away, she had an attitude and was judging me based on how I worded things and my spelling. As I continued explaining my issues, she began insinuating that I was lying about purchases I paid for but never received—despite the fact that I had screenshots and receipts as proof.Instead of helping, she questioned every single issue I raised and told me the proof wasn’t good enough. She even gave me attitude and said it wasn’t her problem that I “couldn’t keep track” of my payments. Usually, customer service follows the idea that the customer is always right, but with this app it feels like customers are treated as liars and completely unimportant.On top of that, the second I downloaded the app on my computer, I started getting viruses and my computer began acting up. Ever since then, it’s been nothing but problems.

Fun but Not That Fun

I downloaded this game through a pay-to-play app. The rewards were very lucrative, but it is impossible to accompany of this because it takes forever to complete a level. After Level 10, it will take you days to complete each level. The miners do work in the background which is nice. In order to reach the reward goals you would have to spend way more money than the payout to complete each goal. Even if you set timers for when your miners will complete a task, you won’t make the goal unless you pay. The game is fun for a while, but all the levels are the same. And, all the gems and coins you earn reset to 0 after you complete a level, so you have to start each level from scratch. I don’t know what the point of continuing to play this game would be. It loses its entertainment value pretty quickly. It’s a good concept but needs more to hold a player’s interest.

Offer on Prime Opinion is a SCAM for this game!

I have been playing this game through an offer on Prime Opinion for 80 days now. Once I reached Level 75, I was told that the developers stopped tracking my progress and so I didn’t receive the payout. Made a complaint with Prime Opinion again and they had me send a screen recording to prove I had completed the level. I was at Level 80 at that point. They told me it would take 72 hours to update my progress. I reached Level 90 and same thing happened. Now I am being told that the developers have declined my progress. I have spent $4,000 trying to reach the top level payout of $10,300 (at the time) as it changes the amount constantly from when I first started and now instead of reaching Level 100, you have to reach Level 130. Either your company or Prime Opinion is scamming people and I intend to find out who. I have begun filing complaints with Trust Pilot and the BBB. I will now be reporting fraud to the FTC.
