If only it would stay open in order for me to do so... I just got it and it's giving problems right from the off.. It freezes, I start it back up than it seems ok so I try to do an ad but than it freezes during the ad the screen goes grey blank and the games closes.. I've done this like 10 times now.. My iPad and the game are both up to date.. I've closed and re opened it and Totally closed the the game and Totally shut down my iPad gave it a little bit and tried again only for it just do the same thing... Great animation, artistry Cool items ect.. if it would only work there definitely be more stars.. 🫤😔🥺💔

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Buggy, rooms in which gameplay occurs remain dark so there’s no way to see what’s happening - this has been reported to no avail. Rating would be zero stars if possible. Okay, so they responded after seeing this review but claim the composer has privacy claims concerns because, sure, Jan. No professional musician wants their name know or their work recognized, gotcha 😜 The latest update in late 2023/early 2024 was not big fixes but instead to greatly increase their ad frequency. Ads that emphasize other games WITH NO ADS ambush you every couple minutes with the volume way up and cutting off the theme music. Gameplay is too short between ads…the whole experience is dreadful now that they’ve carpet bombed us with ads. Not at all worth playing anymore. Greedy, greedy, greedy. Original review: Just saying… have written three times with a basic inquiry, no acknowledgment or response of any kind. ***Increased ad time is unacceptable and makes the game unpleasant at very best. This isn’t the same game I started playing a few months ago. Disgusting.

First I will say the game is fun. Enjoy the story and rebuilding the school. The negative to this game is the amount of ads. There are tons of ads that just start playing for no reason and have to be air to skip them. You don’t just get the option to watch the ads to get stuff (which is nice because you can choose to watch them) but VERY frequently while you are playing it will just jump to an ad. It is very annoying. They give you the option to PAY for no more ads but some people (including myself) don’t spend money on games like that, we just delete the game if the ads become to much. They need to switch it to an option of watching an ad to speed up chest opening or popping a bubbled item, etc and stop random ads that just start playing while you are matching items.

Love this game but…
I don't care 2.0
Currently 3rd time I’ve hit a glitch where I lose access to the story quest mode and am left unable to complete the daily challenges and level up. The other two times this has happened, I sent in multiple bug reports without success and ended up having to delete and redownload and restart the game. Good news guys, I keep restarting it. Hopefully this message will get my issue resolved so I don’t have to lose all my progress!!
