- The Universal lead capture module now includes an offline mode, allowing representatives to collect leads even without an internet connection. This ensures uninterrupted lead capture in environments with limited connectivity. Any data collected offline will automatically sync once the device reconnects. - We’ve enhanced the filtering system for the event list displayed when launching the mobile app. Filters are now ordered as follows: Ongoing · Future · Past · Testing · All. Count badges have also been added to display the number of events in each category.

When using the Universal Lead Capture’s optical scan, representatives onsite can now save time by capturing the attendee badge images and save the lead profiles as drafts, in order to later finalize them by mapping the collected information. - Please note that support for iOS version 15 has been discontinued since February 11, 2025. The latest supported versions for iOS are versions 16 and onwards.

Representatives using the app to capture leads can now delete their own captured leads as well as use the search bar to efficiently identify their captured leads.
