This app is amazing. First off, the app allows small businesses equal access and equal opportunity to level up! In the first day of use, this app helped my husband tremendously with his business. The app is culturally sensitive to address the specific challenges related to small busineeses and minority businesses specifically (the app can wirte to to those challenges accurately!!!) I really love this app. I wakeup thinking about how this app can improve our lives. I am so grateful. My husband has intelligent, skilled, and immediate support with this app. Thank you for this life changing opportunity.

I recently started using Fello AI, and I was genuinely excited about its potential to enhance my development productivity. The interface is sleek, and the AI capabilities seem promising at first glance. However, I have encountered a significant issue that has somewhat affected my overall experience with the app: the chat syncing across devices logged into the same Apple ID/Apple Account.As someone who frequently switches between my MacBook Pro laptop (consulting work) and my Mac Studio (personal development), I expected a seamless experience where my chats would sync effortlessly, allowing me to pick up right where I left off. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with Fello AI. I've noticed that my conversations don't sync at all, leading to confusion and interruptions in my workflow. This inconsistency is particularly frustrating when I'm trying to access important information or continue a discussion on a different device.The lack of chat syncing undermines one of the key advantages of using an AI chat service, which is to have reliable and accessible information whenever and wherever you need it. Instead, I've found myself having to replicate my queries and interactions, causing unnecessary repetition and wasting time.I hope the developers address this issue promptly, as I believe Fello AI has great potential. However, until the syncing problem is resolved, I find it hard to fully recommend the app, especially for users who rely heavily on multiple devices. BUYERS BE WARE. I bought the year subscription and loved it for the three weeks it worked. It updated and logged me out and and now is asking me to subscribe again... When I looked for support I was directed to a website that has no contact us section. If someone would like to reach out to help me fix this I would be happy to write a better review but until then I am stuck paying for a service I did not recieve and no way to get support.

Good UI, Has potential to Improve

Love the UI. I've used it for about two weeks so far, and there's only three issues I've found.1. I'd like an ability to remove segments from the conversation. This is becasue, right now, if I want to rewrite my original question to get a better result, I have to start a new conversation. There is no way after hitting enter to go back and ask the question in a different way. You can only have the AI regenerate the answer.2. The text box can be buggy at times. It flashes if I select something in the middle of my question and start typing new text. It can also get stuck in the fully extended possition, blocking part of the the question text. The only way to fix it is to hit enter to make it go back down.3. I'd love it if I could also use this app on my phone as well and keep the subscription on both. Right now I can only find this app on MAC.If these three things are fixed, it would be 5 stars!
