I can see my wallet but i can’t use money without full access! And I can’t have full access cause sms is not working from abroad! Support/help can’t help as only robots are there! The only solution they give to call by phone, but I can’t call from other country! What should I do?

This has become a spamming app rather than a banking app. Every day they send several useless, unrelated spam messages, and there’s no way to stop them. Unfortunately, regulations in India are weak, and firms like Kotak try to use this to their advantage, turning it into a nuisance for people forced to use their app.
