After having tested out the NeuroGoal app with the Enchanted Wave headband I would say it is a worthwhile experiment. Although still being developed, the current version of the app and headband work and provide a unique way to improve sleep with enough practice. Beyond its primary function of sleep enhancement, it is also interesting to use the headband and see the reading the app provides.
