I have download every book one day, only to come back the next and have them all un-downloaded. Sometimes they are not even visible and I have to close down the app entirely and reopen to have them appear. This is very disappointing, especially for the students who wish to read their books somewhere without internet access..

1. The books keep undownloading themselves. I’ve had to redownload my books almost everyday.2. The apps voice AI is very odd. Can’t understand most of them. Just unpleasant to listen to.3. The highlighter setting doesn’t process most requests. Most settings on this app aren’t working properly. Can be very frustrating to work with.
