Introducing our new mobile app designed to make it easy for CollectionPoint and Service Engineer.
VIP POS(point of sale) app is for VIP collection point also known as point of sale. This app enables POS to create service ticket in case of any damage to product on customer behalf, also POS to register customer's product. VIP POS has also been given the option where POS can check genuity of a product by scanning its barcode.
This app enables VIP Service Engineer to manage the tickets assigned to them by their respective collection point. The service engineer can log in to his account and can view the list of all collection point assigned to them, and the tickets assigned by them. Service Engineer can view the ticket details and can start working on a ticket by entering OTP value. To close a ticket Service Engineer can select the proper status and upload the product image as a proof of work.
