This app models the financial data of your gastronomy. It helps you estimating revenue, cost and earnings and displays them graphically.
Are you an owner of a gastronomy and want to verify and optimize your cashflow?
Or do you plan to open up a bar or restaurant, but you do not know how to calculate a valid business case?
Then, this app is for you!
It calculates revenue, cost, and net earnings based on modifiable parameters (such as average utilization, buy and sales prices or hourly wages) and displays them graphically.
To help you verify the results, additional KPI are derived like the average amount of customers per day or the average revenue per visit.
A monthly development of your account balance or the total cash required for investments will also be shown.
Whether you want to maintain your menu based on average values for commodities or you want to track every single item in your menu, is fully up to you!
