Road cyclists from all over the world can easily compare and even compete against each other on the ACTYVO platform, regardless of the geographical location or topography of the route. To add your ride to the ACTYVO rankings, you have the following two options. Option 1 - record the ride with a Garmin or Wahoo device (without using the app): connect/pair your Garmin Connect or Wahoo account with your ACTYVO account (in the app's user profile). Plan the route of your ride so that when you reach the desired distance (36.5, 50, 75, 100 or 150 km or equivalent in miles) you are within the "finish radius" (max. 5 km, 3.1 mi from your starting location) in order to finish your ride correctly according to the ACTYVO rules and to be included in the rankings. Garmin uploads / synchronizes the data of your ride to the ACTYVO platform, the data is further processed via a special algorithm, calculated and then your result is considered in the global rankings. As a help (option) - to get a better view of the finish radius on your Garmin device, you can download the new ACTYVO data field (Dist2Start) from the Garmin Connect IQ Store - https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/d742c29d-353e-4ba5-983c-975ded7e8cfe Option 2 - record the ride with the app: Select NEW RIDE - CHALLENGE RIDE, select the desired distance and start recording your ride with the app on your iPhone. In order for your ride to finish/end correctly on the app after reaching the desired distance, you must be within the "finish radius" (max. 5 km, 3.1 mi from your starting location). If this is met, the app will automatically finish your ride and then upload the data. The (performance) result is measured in the unit “ACTYVOLTS”. The higher this value is, the better the performance and thus the placement in the ranking.
