The death of owning your own games

As a long time player of fruit ninja classic I have to say that this is downright the worst possible decision for halfbrick to make. This subscription service costs the same amount of money I paid for a game only it charges said amount EVERY SINGLE MONTH. And in my face, as if to spit on me, is the slogan “Because free to play games stink”. If you wanted me to pay for something, giving me something more like a new game to play that I would buy like a new fruit ninja title that would cost money. Instead halfbrick has decided they should instead take away the games we already had and have poured hours and years of progress into. I don’t want a refund. I want to play the game I paid to own. Virtually nobody will buy this service due to the fact that sometimes you just want to play one game from a studio and that’s not worth the outrage price to pay compared to a meager game pool. Apple Arcade for instance has hundreds of games at about the same price as this service. If halfbrick doesn’t reverse this decision or at least make this subscription incredibly cheaper, they’ll have lost a long time fan in me. I can’t see anyone buying this

Super easy to connect with my halfbrick+ friends and very easy to launch my favorite halfbrick plus games and overall just a great way to launch and connect with other people that have halfbrick+ the subscription is fairly priced for all the benifets cause most subscription services cost like 10 dollars a month but this is only 2.99 dollars every month so I say it’s good priced however the app has one thing I find annoying you can’t see the plans from in the app you have to go into a halfbrick plus game to see them which I find quite annoying maybe it’s in the app but I can’t find it then but overall a good app

I’m glad I got the play the classics before it went paid service. The writing was on the wall after seeing the Halfbrick+ logo on my favorite game’s startup screen. The $100 exclusive membership is really steep to pay for what is there currently with no guarantee on what is to come. Sure it’s lifetime but I could spend less than that buying the games I want individually. If you want to provide the ability to rent all the games via subscription cool but don’t take away the ability to buy and own one individual game outright.
