Personal trainer in your pocket! Get instant, expert-curated programs adapted to time, mood, location, and fitness level across functional training, running, and cycling.
Through the use of machine learning techniques, LedsFit matches your profile and input wishes to the pertinent program every time you hit the generate button. The database of programs is made using real life training with thousands of combinations and various training techniques, aiming to make working out fun, effective and motivating. As you progress through your journey, you can update your profile and upscale the programs accordingly. Feedback is also fed into the algorithm as you complete a training to help generate future programs, which are more to your linking.
