Create expressive 12-voice harmonies with MIDI, MPE, pitch correction and deep modulation, for vocal chords, layered parts and evolving textures.
BLEASS Voices is a vocal processing effect for pitching, transforming, doubling and harmonizing vocals and other sources. With 12 pitch-shifted voices and detailed control over pitch, formant, tone, width and placement, it can move from subtle vocal enhancement to dense harmonies and radical transformations.
Four harmonized voices can be transposed independently by up to one octave in either direction or fixed to a chosen pitch. The remaining eight voices can be triggered via MIDI, turning incoming audio into a playable vocal instrument.
MPE support brings expressive control to performance, making it possible to create vocal chords, realistic glides, trills and other pitch-based articulations directly from a compatible controller.
Two LFOs, an envelope follower and a pattern sequencer add modulation and movement, extending BLEASS Voices beyond conventional harmonizing into more synth-like vocal processing.
All voices can use intelligent pitch correction based on a selected key and scale. Each voice also has an independent output bus, allowing individual voices to be mixed and processed separately.
BLEASS Voices works with fundamental frequencies from 66 Hz to 5.2 kHz, making it suitable not only for vocals but also for a wide range of instruments.
A Real-Time mode provides the low latency required for live performance and recording.
BLEASS Voices can be used as an AUv3 plugin on iPhone and iPad.
BLEASS Voices is also available for Windows, macOS and Linux.

Using an iRig 2 interface into an iPad for live vocal harmonies with this app. This involves the following:**NOTE** I use 2 mics (SM58’s), one mic for non-harmony vocals, a second mic for the harmonies. So, the harmony mic is set up as follows:1. SM58 mic into a small “vocal effects” mixer2. Aux Out 1 of the “vocal effects” mixer into iRig input(This converts the XLR mic to 1/4” for the iRig input AND provides an adjustable stage of gain for the app)3. iRig Out into FOH system with harmonies! This app has an AMAZINGLY CLEAN Signal to Noise ratio (at least with my PA setup).Doing this setup allows me to insert harmony whenever I want without having to try to tap on a foot pedal. I just move between the two mics as I like. I saw Laurie Anderson do this (multiple mics) many, many years ago and was “sold” on the idea ever since.Great App!!!

Doesn’t work well
Grubhead
I spent hours trying out the Mac app and the iPhone app. The mic input is louder than the extra voices even with the wet/dry turned all the way up.In FL Studio I had this issue. In Ableton Lite it didn’t work. In GarageBand there’s no way to send midi to the plug-in.I like how it can sound in videos online, but no matter what I did the mic was always too loud compared to the extra voices.I disabled monitoring as well so it wasn’t extra sound from monitoring the mic input.I even purchased a reputable app that I saw people use to route midi and mic input to the plug-in. I feel like this isn’t an app that will work well in my case and I’ve wasted money. My audio interface has worked well for everything else I use it for, so I don’t think it’s an issue there. On iPhone the app isn’t standalone, but what daw can work well for it? On Mac, I used the demo so at least I didn’t spend another $60.I’d like a refund.
