I would’ve loved this app and I really wanted it to work but, whenever I clicked on the app it would open then close no matter what I did I deleted and redownloaded and still nothing worked sadly.

Daily affirmation notifications now use server delivery so reminders can continue even when you have not opened the app for weeks. After updating, open the app once with an internet connection to refresh your notification setup. Your selected time and saved personalized affirmations are retained. This update also improves notification, Home and widget consistency, Favorites, and subscription handling. Free plans receive shared affirmations; paid plans receive affirmations personalized to your goal.
