I don’t like using this app, or any other app! Why? Apps take up space on my device. I do not know what the “app” is doing in the background. I rather do banking on line (web browser) because I have VPN protection. With an app, who knows what’s going on? When I switch screens, from this app to my spreadsheet, to verify a payment amount, then back to the app, I have to password again. This happens each time I switch screens. More often than not, when using my web browser, I’m getting a 405 bad gateway message. Sometimes I can use my web browser sometimes not.

If I could give negative stars I would. This new format is way too complex, I prefer the previous version as it was so much more simple. All of my money and accounts have been messed up in the process of transferring apps. I understand adding new features but I don’t get the reason for making mobile banking so complicated. Why should I have to click 5 different buttons just to make a transfer where it took 2 buttons originally. Please go back to the original format or significantly simplify this app. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I absolutely love Texell online banking. So simple and all in one place. If you have questions, you can sent them a message and they answer promptly during business hours. If it’s after hours, they answer first thing the next morning. There have been a few times(very few) that there were glitches with the app but they got it resolved by end of day. I am so proud to be a Texell member and always appreciate the services they provide so much!

My reason for opening an account with Texell was because I was paying $3.00 service charge every time used my debit card from another non local bank. Since the change I’ve met several staff and utilized a few of your services. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of everyone I have come in contact with.
