Fybers is the first training journal that really motivates you.
Here you can save your workout routine, your weights over time and your measurements.
But Fybers' real strength is being able to show off every little improvement you make.
After a set, in fact, the app compares you with the same set performed in the past, so as to celebrate all your victories.
WORKOUT ROUTINE Create your own custom routine by choosing from the built-in exercises or adding your own. Set sets, reps, weights, and cooldowns for each exercise.
DURING THE SESSION The timer starts automatically at the end of each series. For each series you can specify the type: heating, working, sagging, superset or dropset. You can save notes for each exercise and for each series.
PROGRESS Fybers automatically saves data from each session so you can compare your improvements over time and see your strength grow week after week.
FYBERS PLUS Unlock Fybers Plus to access unlimited session data and support app development. The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel it at any time from your account store settings before the renewal date.
