This new app is neither fast or user friendly! Hard to find prime society rewards, member number etc! Go to a page like order history and the back button no longer works so you have to close the app to go back to the home page! The app is poorly organized and hard to use! AWFUL! I might as well go back to ordering via Uber Eats it’s so much easier! Now being a prime society member is worthless! Ugh!

Where do I find my Prime Society reward information on your new app layout? I’m not sure. I don’t understand the point of still calling this app what you’re calling it. It’s now simply for ordering. What gives?
