Up until recently the app was just ok for me. Now though, since every transaction shows exactly where the money goes and where it comes from, has made the app so much better. It even shows all the individual icons for each transaction so it's extremely easy to see what the transaction was made for and how much was spent. Before that you would have to toggle a transaction and try to make sense of the shorthand text that was only given. Love the app now!

I’ve found the app is really easy to use. All of my accounts, both personal and business, are accessible. Easy to transfer between each of them as I need to. The only issue I have is when depositing business checks (payments from customers). If they are over $5,000 I have to go into the branch or use the ATM teller. Other wise, I love it

I'm switching banks at the moment, and this app is a major reason why. The old app worked fine, First Farmers made a big deal about the network and app switch but it made no difference. One major thing is that there is no way to be notified of purchases that are made, as well as being notified of your account going negative. Which can cause some harsh overdraft fees if you only have a checking account or if it doesn't pull from your savings. Compared to other banking apps it doesn't feel like a modern app at all.

I’m constantly having to force close the app and reopen it for some things to work correctly. Transactions aren’t updating correctly either. Keeps saying last updated 2 days ago even after logging out and force closing. App is garbage, plus the “downgrade” caused all of my third party apps using Plaid to disconnect. The only thing I was hoping for after the supposed upgrade was faster direct deposits (I.e. a day early). I’m literally one of the last people that actually see my paycheck at my work. This bank could really use some turnaround to compete with others who have more enhanced and enticing features.
