Stories: GPS Audio Tour Guide
Self-Guided Walking & Driving
Free · In‑App Purchases
Christmas lights walks with a story at every stop: Rockefeller Center, Dyker Heights, Chicago's Magnificent Mile and St. Augustine's Nights of Lights. Phone in pocket.
Self-guided audio tours that play as you walk or drive. Put your phone in your pocket and Stories tells you about the place in front of you, one stop at a time: the Freedom Trail, a ghost walk through the squares of Savannah, Route 66 across the Arizona desert.
HOW IT WORKS
• Open the map and see the stories around you: a photo pin for every stop, with walking tours, ghost walks and drives close by.
• Pick a tour and tap Start the walk or Start the drive. Stories follows you by GPS and plays each stop as you arrive, with the screen locked.
• On iPhone the trip stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: the place ahead, how far it is and the story playing, with pause and skip right there.
• Download a tour before you go and it plays with no signal: handy on battlefields, in old cemeteries and on long desert roads.
• Read along if you like. The words light up as they're spoken, over a photo of the place.
• No tour nearby? Tap Walk or Drive on the map and hear about the places you pass.
• Listen through your headphones or your car's speakers. Dot, the little green dot, walks the route with you on the map.
