Never written a review but this app seriously deserved it! Just got back into working out and I was having a difficult time keeping track of how much weight I was lifting. I heard of this app through social media and downloaded it solely for writing down weight I was lifting. Ended up discovering new exercises and helped me create a routine that I can visually see. Seeing the days I’m active and not, helps me stay motivated to keep showing up to the gym. The interface is clean and there’s a small learning curve if you maximize the use of the app. I’ve recommended it to my husband and some friends and they all love it so far.
New Overhaul Update
Juni44
This update feels like a step backward rather than forward. I’ve lost access to key data I relied on regularly: projected 1 Rep Max and Volume are both gone, which were two of the most useful metrics for tracking my progress over time. What’s left is Strength and Reps, but they’re displayed onto the same graph. Every metric now has a smoothing function applied by default. That might work for some use cases, but for weight tracking specifically, it actively hides the data I want to see, like discrete day to day swings from water weight. These metrics are also nested deeper in the UI and found it much harder to even get to my graphs.Hoping a future update brings back granular data access. 4/5 stars because I love the heading of the app and support it nonetheless.
Great Idea but Buggy

I used the app for the first time the other day and had updated my split as well as exercises for each day. I started a workout from my split and for the first few exercises, the app worked great and I had no issue logging my weight and reps. Shortly after, I turned my phone back on to the app and noticed all of the exercises, weights and reps had all been cleared and I was looking at a blank day with nothing logged. Somehow I was able to reset it and had to manually log everything back in. It worked great until my last exercise when everything was wiped yet again. I didn’t want to sit there for ten minutes and try to remember all the weights and reps I did so I just closed the app and went back to my note app. If this gets fixed, the app would be fantastic.
Please keep some old features!
ONHAI7829
Went on vacation and cane back to a lot of updates on the app. I was disappointed to see that the sliding left and right feature was replaced because i really loved the color coding as it helps visually. I also hate that if I already started a set, and midway through wanted to switch to unilateral for my last set, I would have to manually go back and edit my previous sets that were not unilateral to make it so that they aren’t tracked. It’s super annoying so all i hope is that the feature gets tweaked so that it doesn’t affect ALLL of the completed sets and just specific ones of my choosing. The sliding left and right feature was perfect 😢
