This app works great for RVers. Understand that you will be using the commercial lanes at truck stops with high flow nozzles. You can also purchase bulk DEF fluid at the pump at full pump price. It’s slightly more expensive than the Walmart 2.5 gal jugs but FAR more convenient. You might find cheaper diesel at some convenience stores but those often don’t have room for large RVs. Overall I’m finding that this app has better prices than the previous RV fuel app that I used. In most cases I’ve found this app provides the best prices I could find at any gas station in the area while providing the convenience of guaranteed RV friendly lanes. It is pretty easy to use after you conduct your first transaction. For the first transaction, I recommend viewing the new user guide in the help files. I’m very happy with the app and recommend it.

Excellent discounts with pilot flying J and loves, which is my primary feeling the only real drawback so far is it takes 7 to 8 days for funds to become available on deposit their FAQ lies about it taking two days with many customers qualifying for instant deposit incident deposit is only $100. That is a joke. You are also forced to pay for DEF even if you do not want DEF so depend depending on your funds this may limit your ability to get the fuel you want. with that said if you do not pump DEF you will not be charged for DEF but the minimum preapproval is 10 gallons which is around $40. The rewards program is good and I have noticed a little bit better discounts when you have funds deposited. Be nice if they could incorporate Zelly payment system for instant deposits, they do have the advantage of directly charging your credit card with a 2% fee, which isn’t bad compared to other fuel cards so that is a good alternative if you don’t want to wait for fund deposits

I’ve used other apps and Greenlane is the best by far. What I like the most is you tell the app how many gallons you want to purchase, it only hits your credit card for that amount. If you don’t get the full amount you pay for the pre approved amount goods right back onto your card and the correct amount you purchased is charge….IMMEDIATELY!!!! Other apps hit your credit card for $450-$700 regardless of how much you purchase. Then takes a couple of days to get the pre approved amount back on t ok your card. Why let them use your money for days? The discounts are incredible too. Sometimes almost as $1 a gallon. The referral bonus is awesome too. Easy to show people how it works.

We live in our RV and travel full time. We have always used Open Roads for fuel savings. We recently got set up with Greenlane and now we compare apps to see which one will yield the cheapest diesel. In MOST occasions, Greenlane is cheapest. Having the ability to pre-fund your “Wallet” in the app allows us to buy fuel with absolutely no fees of any kind. I’m not aware of any other app that allows for that. Sure, funding the wallet means that money is no longer “ours” to use, and we don’t receive interest. But when you KNOW you are traveling, it’s worth it to keep money in there. Even if you pay via a traditional method, it’s cheap.
