New App is a total disaster

Zz'ss'tt
The new App as well as the new website are a total disaster. Nothing works. And since all the clients call client support for help, the service is totally saturated and you cannot get an operator. I have tried for 2 days without success.

New disappointing app

After installing this new app, I am having a lot of troubles, first I had to try many tomes to get the codes sent by sms, later I had problems with Zelle, impossible to set up. There is also zero inof about my debit card, by the way I just got a rejection of payment doing a purchase online, I dont know if its related. Finally it all looks like a downgrade. Very bad experience.
