The myClubhouse app is the companion app for clubs and organisations using myClubhouse to manage their membership, activities and facilities.
Stay connected with your club and access the features you use most, wherever you are.
Browse events and sign up quickly, including support for add-ons and integrated payments. View your upcoming events, bookings and team fixtures, access your membership card and complete any outstanding consent requests.
Create, amend and cancel bookings, search for available booking times and use the day-booking grid to see availability at a glance.
Keep in touch with other members using club chat rooms, with support for images, polls, location sharing and message reactions.
Team members can enter match-day availability and confirm fixture selections. Team managers can view team selections, access player information, manage match fees and cancel fixtures. Competition participants can enter results directly through the app.
Event organisers can manage attendance and use ticket scanning for quick check-in. Club administrators can quickly access member information, including emergency details.
Depending on the features enabled by your club, you can also:
• View Eposnow transactions and receipts
• View token transactions
• Enter and witness shooting records
• Control supported metered lighting systems
Your club can also configure a custom app home screen, giving you quick access to the information and features most relevant to your organisation.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
• Event organisers can create, edit and delete events directly in the app.
• Create new events quickly from your club's event templates.
TEAMS & FIXTURES
• Team managers can create, edit and delete match fixtures.
• Select teams for fixtures from the full player list.
• Send push notifications to the players in a fixture.
