Rakendus on mõeldud selleks, et PRIA klient (kasutaja) saab talle saadetud fotoülesanded ära täita ja fotod PRIAsse saata, mis on aluseks toetuste menetlemisel.
Kasutaja saab unikaalse koodi abil rakendusse laadida talle suunatud fotoülesanded, kus on tarvis teatud põldude peal teha foto, et tuvastada olukord põllul - mis tegevused on tehtud, mis kultuur kasvab jms. Rakendusega saab fotosid teha vaid nendel põldudel, mille kohta kasutaja on ülesande saanud. Kasutaja näeb kaardivaates oma asukohta ja põllu asukohta, kust on tarvis fotod teha. Vajadusel saab kasutada välist navigeerimise rakendust. Lisaks fotode tegemisele saab kasutaja lisada vajadusel iga foto kohta kommentaari. Tehtud fotosid näeb vaid sellest rakendusest ja selle kaudu saab need fotod turvaliselt PRIAle saata. Fotosid saab enne vastuse saatmist kustutada või juba saadetud fotode puhul saab ülesande kirje koos tehtud fotodega seadmest kustutada.
Minimaalne ja maksimaalne fotode arv, lubatud puhverala, ülesande täitmise tähtaeg jms on määratud parameetritega ja need on kasutajale näha. Vigade korral kuvatakse kasutajale veateated.
Samuti on kasutajal võimalik äppi sisse logida, teha ise fotod,valides selleks sobiva põhjuse ja saata fotod ilma ülesandeta PRIAsse.
