Next-Generation Mobile Experience Modernized Mobile UI: Experience a fresh, updated home screen for improved user navigation and engagement. Robust Full Offline Functionality: Capture and manage both ticket data and checklists in areas without connectivity. Data is automatically synced upon reconnection. Unified Checklist Action: The "Enter a Checklist" button now redirects users to Checklist-type Tickets, standardizing data capture within the ticket management system. Full Approval Ticket Support: Supervisors can now approve or deny requests directly from their mobile devices. Improved Certificate Management: Users can now upload training and safety certificates directly via the mobile application. Core Platform Enhancements Full Multi-Language Support (English/Spanish): The platform now offers company-specific language binding, ensuring the UI and all relevant content fields (forms, checklists) automatically display in the assigned language. Dynamic Site Filtering: When managing tickets, selecting a "Site Type" automatically filters the "Site" selection to only show associated locations. Automated Ticket Status Logic: Tickets automatically transition to "In Progress" when a task is assigned and can be automatically closed after 7 days of inactivity if tasks are complete. The redundant "Pending" status has been completely removed. Advanced Approval Workflows: Approval tickets now support multiple approvers (1 to 15) and maintain an "In Progress" status until all individual reviews are finalized. New task statuses, "Approved" and "Declined," have been introduced. Tabbed Ticket Dashboard: The main ticket view features a cleaner dashboard interface that organizes tickets into separate tabs based on type (e.g., HSE Incidents, Requests, Checklists). Audit & Compliance Tools Checklist-to-Ticket Integration: Seamlessly pull checklist data directly into ticket templates using a dedicated Checklist Widget. Visual Scoring Indicators: Checklists now feature color-coded scoring (Green, Orange, Red) based on a 100-point scale, which can automatically trigger the creation of a linked ticket upon non-compliance. Stability and Quality Fixes Language & Sync: Resolved issues where users could manually change the platform language despite being company-locked. Ticket Management: Fixed the cloning feature not working in ticket templates. Resolved multiple filter mismatches where "Assigned," "Pending," and "Open" views incorrectly displayed "In-progress" tickets. Checklists: Fixed bugs related to old checklist data not opening/editing correctly, and resolved inconsistent checklist scores and question sequences. Mobile Metadata: Resolved the issue where tickets created via mobile showed the Template Name instead of the correct ticket Title.
