I now have way more than a dozen (almost embarrassing) Greenworks products and have been impressed with each of them. I’ve only have one issue with a tool that was immediately resolved with a single call to GWs Customer Service. It’s hard for me to narrow it down to choose my favorite tool as they have all exceeded my expectations, but I must say, the 60v 18” and 20” chainsaws as well as the 10” pole saw, blow my mind with their power and quality of build. I’ll never waste my time and energy maintaining another 2-stroke or 4-stroke small engine tool again when the GW line of tools well outperforms them, without the constant maintenance, fuel mixing and pollution. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with my investment in the Greenworks Tools platform.

***App: Decent app, but clearly not a huge priority for Greenworks. At time of writing this, Apple Pay only works if you choose Checkout then use the express checkout Apple Pay option, even though it gives you the option to use Apple Pay right from the cart. The Apple Pay issue is clearly caused by the app itself. Furthermore, coupon codes through this app revolve frequently, so there are many opportunities to get deals on products that are already cheaper than can be found through third party sellers. The app is not horrible by any means, as some older reviews suggest. If you like Greenworks products, then check this app out. You won’t be forced to sign in immediately (at time of writing). ***Company: Greenworks genuinely makes good products and I think they are worth checking out, but their customer support has been very hard to get ahold of in my experience. That is relevant to this app, because you will not really have any recourse through a third party seller in the event that something goes wrong and Greenworks doesn’t acknowledge your concerns. Regardless, besides frequent LED indicator issues with their 24V batteries, Greenworks products are fairly reliable and well made. Their batteries seem to be made with high quality cells that can hold their charge for long periods of time. I believe Greenworks simply prioritizes product quality above all else and thus has not invested much elsewhere, hoping that their product quality carries them to success. Clearly their business model works, but when things go wrong it might take extended periods of time to reach a resolution. ***Final note: Greenworks appears to be largely operate out of China, and thus you may see some translation issues in documents and/or product descriptions. I genuinely believe these are truly errors and are not meant to be deceptive.

Website has a lot to compare and choose, but I can’t get the blowers to compare technical details, such as cubic feet per minute of air it can blow, miles per hour wind speed that it generates, pounds that it weighs, and the battery voltage, amp-hours, and if the battery is interchangeable with other devices that require the same power.

Search for a self-propelled mower found one I liked Showed a package deal so I went for that, after completing purchase I saw it removed the self repelled to a push mower. Spent almost 2 hours trying to use there after our within 30 minute link. Which kept kicking me off every single time called in first thing in the morning after 47 minutes. It hung up on me called back requested a call back finally got it told me I was outside of the 30 minutes and they could not cancel the order. Literally is making me pay $20 cause they’re gonna ship it to me and turn around and make me ship it back yet. The order has not even been prepared yet. I was going to do the refund and then go back and buy just the self-propelled mower not happening now.
