品牌故事：健身房成立於2017年，More Fit 兩字直觀地表達出創辦人的理念「希望藉由提升全民健身風氣的同時也帶給大家更多健康(More Fit)。」
於2017年時，More Fit 在台北開了第一家店，從早期的小型健身房三元店、師大店、小巨蛋店和中山國中店，一路拓展合併至現在三間大型健身房，分別是新北江翠店、台北市府店、台北松江南京店。我們主打單次入場、免綁約會籍和提供自由教練場租，鄰近捷運站、可憑App快速入場、免費置物櫃和高級衛浴空間都是我們的亮點。
提高整體運動品質：More Fit健身房如同健身愛好者的天堂，各館搭配Hammer Strength、Life Fitness、Gym80、Gymleco、Keiser、Iron Grip等知名品牌器材，我們的器材在各肌群之訓練角度、座椅和使用操作上都是教練團隊所精心挑選。
另一方面，我們在館內空間的規劃上，安排了寬敞的自由重量區、有氧區和充足的多功能深蹲架，不僅如此，豐富的多功能訓練區、草皮區和沙袋區，滿足每位想進行拳擊、TRX、壺鈴、瑜珈或各式功能性訓練的會員們。
教練的專業度：除了要求考取國際證照外，也會安排講師進行每月內部研習和鼓勵教練參與外部課程。我們希望每位教練能不斷精進自己，以提供學員們最專業的運動、營養和飲食知識，並針對每位學員的訓練目標和健康狀況客製化訓練內容。
各式服務項目：More Fit 健身房內不僅提供專業的一對一教練課外，也包含了自由教練場租、企業團課、銀髮族訓練、筋膜放鬆和各式小型團體課程，像是TRX、拳擊、壺鈴和Twerk課程。我們希望透過多元學習的方式讓大家先接觸運動、再愛上運動，並透過維持運動習慣來達到身心健康。
