Subscription Impossible to Cancel

I used this on my laptop through my google account and This program was great at first especially being on the go so much and trying to keep up in all my classes especially online ones with longer lecture videos this led me to see about a free trial which they had a three day trial that transitions into a more expensive year long subscription which at this time I have no need for this service for a whole year so my intention was really to see what I could get out of it in the free trial then either cancel indefinitely or pay for the cheaper weekly subscription since this will be the last semester I take online courses that I would find any use from a program like this one. You can imagine my panic when I go to double confirm I could indeed change or cancel before I was charged $70 for a subscription I don’t even really need and cannot find the option anywhere in the site or even in my google account to do such. I then search how to to cancel my subscription and I have to email them and it can take up to 7 days to respond (note I have three days until I’m charged for this subscription) so now I get to put a hold on my card and have to go get a new one in order to avoid getting charged for this service they claim you can “cancel at any time” if you have any use for the subscription but don’t wanna commit to dropping $70 just invest in the weekly charge and do NOT do it through your computer.

I love this app and have been using it for quite a while. However, it appears to have lost the functionality that allowed me to edit a transcription. I don’t want to have a separate file for every individual meeting, but I want to be able to continue to add meetings onto the file and then create an overall summary once the conference ends. Can you all please add that functionality back in?

I love this app and have been using it for quite a while. This is a spectacular program. I use it for so many different things and I find the summary very helpful and the transcription is pretty pretty accurate as well. There are a lot of different applications on the market. This is this is the Cadillac. This is the one to get.
