I’ve had nothing but trouble since I started with my All In plan. Before that I had All In One and instant ink for many years without a glitch, but since I am in the All In plan, nothing but trouble. Though I was getting my instant ink, when I lost my wallet and had to get a new credit card number, I was unable to credit card number onto my account, no matter how I tried, and now I am cut off from being able to print. I’m also worried that I’m going to be in trouble for breaking contract, but my hands have been tied.. Needless to say, I am very frustrated. It seems like there is no way out. I’ve spent many hours on the phone with HP techs without a solution. I wish somehow you could help. I do question myself whether I did not set up the printer properly at the outset, but I don’t know how to correct that. It seems as if my printer is not connected. I wish I could talk with a higher up in HP.

The whole point of this app is to print things and it tricks you into think that it’s free. Every single feature is locked behind a 10 dollar/month paywall. Complete scam, delete the app, find something that can do the same for free. It would be a 0/5 if I could because they are money hungry pigs.
