Welcome to Stevendurance Coaching, an LGBTQIA+ owned business dedicated to helping those in our community (and our allies) transform their bodies and minds. If you have been struggling with weight loss, weight gain, poor sleep quality, stress, low energy, poor eating habits, depression, anxiety and/or lack of motivation, you’ve come to the right place. With all that’s going on in the world, we need a safe space to grow stronger both physically and mentally. We need to stay strong for the fight ahead. Some people have an idea of what to do to achieve their goals but get very overwhelmed while others are just learning from scratch. Wherever you fall on the spectrum, having an accountability coach to design a program for you and guide you on your journey is invaluable. Just like an actor needs a director and a dancer needs a choreographer, so too does one need a health and fitness coach. You don’t know what you don’t know. With two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Stevendurance Coaching will give you all the tools you need to be and feel successful.
We will teach you the proper skills to get better quality sleep, destress, eat better for energy, gain muscle, burn fat and take control of your life. Your physical state helps your mental state and vice versa. There is a lot of noise out there. We hone in on what YOU need!

A paid coaching plan is required to use the app. Payment for the monthly subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
